CONSULTATION GROUPS for mental health professionals.

New group starting in November 2009:

Continuation group - Tues 2:30- 4 (Nov 3, Dec 1, Jan 5, 2010 & Feb 2)

The focus of the consultation will be on current & often challenging issues in the area of women's mental health- mood & anxiety disorders through the life cycle. Each meeting will address a different didactic topic (to include perinatal, peri/ menopause, bipolar & hormones) followed by case-oriented discussion. We will also address the therapist's role in advocating for their clients with medical & psychiatric providers.

Groups are held in East Sacramento, meeting monthly for 4 months, 90 minutes each. Groups limited to 5 members.

Fee is $300 for 4 grp mtgs. CEUs available for LCSWs, MFTs & psychiatric RNs for an additional $20 processing fee.

I also provide supportive & educational clinical consultation services to mental health & medical professionals, on an individual or group basis, by phone or in-person appointments. I consider it an honor to assist you in providing excellent care for your patients & clients. My fees are $150 for a 50 minute session or $75 for 25 minute session.
