I have a passion for teaching and speaking on many topics regarding wellness, mental health and women's health as well as the positive role of creativity in wellness.

I have had the experience of presenting to groups of up to 500 as well as working in smaller, more intimate groups of professionals and the general public. I have the reputation of being a popular presenter who is approachable and knowleadgable with an entertaining sense of humor.

I have been a keynote speaker at multiple programs over the last 10 years including the Nov 2008 Professional Business Women of CA Conference in Sacramento. I have also presented at conferences for the CA Academy of Family Physicians, Primary Care Network, Medical World Conferences, Central CA Psychiatric Society and Grand Rounds at various hospitals locally, throughout CA and across the nation. I have also presented at the Sol Spirits Conference in Baja Mexico on several occasions.

I currently have an active webcast through CAFP. I have had various local TV appearance over the years.
